During the product design phase, we use multiple testing methods to manage product quality, including component quality control, environmental stress screening, temperature cycling, burn-in, and vibration testing. These tests allow us to detect and correct defects in the product as early as possible, increasing confidence in the product's reliability.

All production records are kept on SFIS (Shop Floor Information System)Avalue is currently switching between the old and new systems, and successfully introduced AMES (Avalue Mfg. Execution System) to improve the efficiency of system operations. Regardless of the old or new system, it can provide complete traceability, including work order information such as production, testing, maintenance, inspection, and shipment, as well as key component serial number tracking and yield rate changes.

Hazardous substance management system adopts ezGPM system to manage RoHS, REACH regulations Conflict Minerals,and confirm the compliance of ingredients in the product design stage. After the system confirmation is completed, a statement of non-use of hazardous substances can be issued according to customer needs.
